But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly
is plentiful, but the laborers
are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”-
Matthew 9:36-38

I wanted to let everyone know a little about all that will be going on this month. Throughout the month of September, hundreds of young people will be coming to the AIM Headquarters here in Georgia in preperation to head to the field this fall. The first two weeks of September will be dedicated to training for those who will be ministering as part of The World Race. They will be going to 11 countries in 11 months to minister to the poorest of the poor around the world. The last two weeks will be used to train those young people who are heading out on mission trips with our Next Step program. They will be going to countries all over the world on mission trips for 1-3 months. I will be directly involved with this group helping to build relationships with them throughout their training camps. I look forward to being able to be a support system for them and help disciple and pray with them throughout this process of ministry preperation. This will be am important time for me to get to know them, as I will be their main source of support when they return back to the States after their ministries have concluded.

I will write more on these specific training camps throughout the month, but please be in prayer for these young people who are dedicating their lives to serving God on the mission field. It excites me to see young people who are “fired up” for God and putting Him first in their lives. I would also appreciate your prayers as I will be digging in deep this month to learn about each one of these amazing people and helping them grow even deeper in their relationships with the Lord. As they head out to minister to the orphans in India, the AIDS victims in Africa, the sex-trade women in Asia and the poor in South America, please lift them up in prayer. With Christ’s grace, we pray that they will be able to reach many with the good news that only Christ can provide…and that they will even be changed in the process!

God Bless!

For His Glory,

Caroline 🙂
